A. Only selected studets can join the studet session.
If you are not admitted to join the student session, you can attend the plenary session and the parties of the student session: welcome party in 15th and after party in 19th.

Q. I will join the poster session of the plenary session. Is it possible to join the student programm?
A. It is possible to join both the poster session and the student programm.

Q. What electrical appliances are available in the accomodation(NYC)?
A.
There is a thermos in the common space.

Q. Is it possible to access to the Internet in NYC?
A.
In the Center Building  using during the session, it is possible.
In the lodging building, you can use it only in the common space.
You have to bring your PC and LAN cable with you.
You have to buy the pre-paid card ;500 yen for 24 hours use.
