【Project】 Ice Breaking

1．Objective

  1. Before we discussed sustainability issues, we try to share the vision in AGS-AM Student Project which is like awareness of the problems and concept of values about sustainability.
  2. In AGS-AM Student Project, we would like to make the strong network of personal contact. Then, this Ice-Breaking is good session for understanding each other for the first time. This might make close relationship, especially in members of the team during 6days AGS-AM.

3. Time Table


3.1．Greeting by BOSS　10：00-10：05

  1. Ayumi might talk about objective in Student project. She will make mention, ”Why we are focusing on Asian cities issue which is discussed from all over the world student.” and “What point is the meaningful activities to collaborate AGS-AM from academic side.” This is the short time but very important to motivate all members.

3.2．Inform the Schedules during Student Project　10：05-10：20

  1. We try to make sure of the rule of staying accommodations, how to use transportations, meals during sessions, etc. After that, we distribute “Members List” which is made up from personal profile sheet filled in advanced.

3.3．Ice-Breaking　10：20-11：00　(20min×2Round)

  1. Gathering teams which are made up of different major and nationality students.

(7members×7teams + students of managing team?)

  1. First, we partner-up to give a self-introduction each other. Then, we will introduce our buddy to team members. Carefully, self-introduction might be included your dream in the future and passion for this conference.
  2. As this described above, we are going to take the 2nd round after shuffling the members.

3.4．Sharing the each vision and concept of value by World Café Discussion Style　11：00-12：00

  1. Question, “What is the sustainability for us? What do we hope that sustainability is?”
  2. 1st , 2nd round:20min
  3. Sharing our outputs in all members & Short Lecture about sustainability by GPSS student: 20min
