「Global Climate and Local Poor: Democracy of Adaptation」

■　概要
1. A Transition from “Thinking Globally” to “Thinking Locally”:
How the role of adaptation has evolved in nexus with COP decisions
and IPCC reports
2. A limitation of the current adaptation and vulnerability concepts
3. Field survey results:
 A potential way to integrate the sparse elements of vulnerability
based on a semi-structured interview survey conducted in southeastern
coastal zone of Bangladesh.

発表自体は英語で行ないますが，議論は日本語・英語どちらでもOKです．
