Annual Meeting of AGS and Student Summit for Sustainability 2009 in Zurich

Call for Participants is now open!

Today we would like to inform you about Student Summit for Sustainability (SSS: read "S-cube") which is the Annual Meeting of World Student Community for Sustainable Development (WSC-SD) and Annual Meeting of Alliance for Global Sustainability (AGS).

This time, AGS-ETH(Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich) decided to host the Annual Meeting of AGS and WSC-SD together. This is the Annual Meeting of Student Network connecting two organizations. Every year each Student Community in WSC-SD will take turns to host this Annual Meeting. Last year WSC-SD Regina Student Community hosted the SSS and it was held in Canada. This time it will be held in Zurich, Switzerland by AGS-ETH.

Since, as you know, Sus+ is the member student community of WSC-SD and AGS, we send several students to this Annual Meeting as well. So now we would like to start calling for applications for those of you who are interested in joining SSS09 and Annual Meeting of AGS as a representative of Sus+. Travel Fee and accommodation will be offered.

If you are interested in it, please see below for the detail information. And please read through all those information carefully including some requirements.

We are happy to inform that the participants for AGS-AM in Boston is finalized and they are now working together to prepare for it.

Today we would like to inform you about Student Summit for Sustainability (SSS: read "S-cube") which is the Annual Meeting of World Student Community for Sustainable Development. (WSC-SD)

This is the Annual Meeting of Student Network apart from AGS's Annual Meeting. Every year each Student Community will take turns to host this Annual Meeting. Last year it was us, AGS-UTSC that hosted the SSS and it was held in Tokyo. This year it will be held in Regina, Canada by WSC-SD Regina Student Community.
